Yes. Every feature, for everyone, forever. There is no premium tier and no paywall.

How does encryption work?

Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted on your device. Keys never leave it, and our protocol is open-source and audited.

Which devices are supported?

iOS, Android, and a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Your chats sync seamlessly across all of them.

Can I use it on desktop?

Absolutely — the desktop app is a full client, not a mirror. Start a call on your phone and finish it on your laptop.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We make no money from ads or data. The app is funded by optional donations and grants.

How do payments work?

In-chat payments use your existing bank or card through a regulated partner. Tidepool never sees your card details.
